General Terms

Classes and teachers are subject to change without notice. Please visit the schedule for details and updates. In inclement weather, some classes may be virtual only or cancelled.

We do not allow late entry into any of our classes. For safety reasons, the door will be locked one minute prior to class start time.

 

Pre-registration is required for all classes. All services must be pre-paid and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable or non-transferable.

 

The studio is cashless. We accept credit cards and Venmo only.

 

Class cards and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

 

No extensions of memberships or class cards due to change in classes or teachers, studio closure for inclement weather or emergency. Please contact the studio if have a special circumstance that requires an extension of your class card’s expiration date as we make some exceptions for medical reasons on a case by case basis.

 

Cancellation policy

 

Cancelations for classes must be made 7 hours prior to the start time to be refunded to your class card. Classes that are cancelled late, or less than 7 hours prior to class start time, will not be refunded. 

 

If you’re an unlimited member and neglect to cancel a class you’re registered for within 7 hours of class time, there is a $15 fee. This fee also applies to no shows. We automatically charge this fee, but ask that you contact the studio if you were unable to cancel or attend due to an emergency as in some circumstances we will refund this fee.

 

Classes should be cancelled online by logging on to MindBody, find my info, click my schedule and click cancel next to class time.

 

 

Membership Terms

 

All monthly membership contracts are billed on a monthly recurring basis. The monthly membership is a minimum of three month investment in your wellbeing. It can not be cancelled prior to three months. After three months, to cancel your membership, please email studio@bodinh.com at least 14 days prior to the expiration of your month and we will cancel the auto-renew. We do not freeze memberships.

 

Unlimited annual contracts are billed at purchase, begin at first visit to studio and do not auto-renew at the end of the year.
